Continuing with our Special Pregnancy, today we pause at one of exercise that can bring more benefits to future mom, swimming. Exercising in water is one of the most comfortable and effective stay in shape during pregnancy.



The swimming, along with other aquatic exercises as aquagim or exercises in the water, swimming or resistance exercises for flexibility, while maintaining the pregnant as a boost to your mood to provide welfare in a way to feel a little tired and agile and active. It is an exercise that, except medical contraindication, we can make up the birth. There are many advantages to make swimming during pregnancy.

     * Through the water, is weighed only one tenth of the usual, which is great once advanced pregnancy, when movements "dry" are becoming increasingly difficult. Then, water allows us to exercise harder and longer without tired.
