Swimming during Pregnancy: Tips

Having seen all the benefits of swimming, both for future mother and the baby, it's time to recall some of the measures and tips that will make the experience comes out perfect. Thus, we can safely conduct this exercise, practically until the birth.

     * We must take care to slip floor if the wet soil around the pool or showers. Although the baby is well protected within us, we must avoid do us harm at a time when our equilibrium is disturbed. It is true that the water freedom of movement enjoyed and appreciated, but let us not forget that on the mainland our center of gravity has been altered with respect to when we did not have a big belly.

     * Do not try to achieve goals that cost us effort or impossible. Swimming in these special moments to enjoy is so relaxed, without straining.

     * Despite being relaxed does not mean that it is sporadic, it could lose all or part of its benefits: a routine exercise, establishing a weekly sessions (3 or better, 4 days) or even a day is best.

     * In addition, it is worth remembering that the exercises carried out in the water, in this case other than swimming (aquagim, stretching, flexibility…) must be specially designed for the aquatic environment, since the implementation of ground exercises in the water is low effective.

     * During the trips, we must make sure that bathing in the waters of lakes or beaches we know are not contaminated, or that the pits are sufficiently clean and cared for.

Now, we can only throw the water and enjoy swimming.
